Taco Bell and KFC Karaka

After awarding the contract to Watts & Hughes in July 2023, we successfully managed the base build, fitout, and site works across the 3,500sqm site with KFC opening its doors on December 20, 2023, followed by Taco Bell on February 14, 2024.

For the new KFC store, Tailor Inc administered the construction contract as Engineer, overseeing base build and site works with precision. Collaborating with Mortlock McElroy Architects Ltd and BPM, we ensured alignment with the client's vision, budget and programme at all times. While for Taco Bell, Tailor Inc managed the project and led the design from project inception to completion creating a vibrant space that reflects the brand's energy and flair.

With this opening, the 15th Taco Bell store in New Zealand, we're proud to contribute to the brand's expansion and are excited to be part of Restaurant Brand’s planned future roll outs in the coming year. Our collaboration with Restaurant Brands signifies our commitment to fostering enduring partnerships and driving growth in the ever change and fast moving F&B industry.
